The Discover:Switch USB product is superseded and replaced by the IntelliSwitch and DiscoverPro software for PC, and IntelliSwitch and Discover Envoy software for Macintosh.
Discover:Switch USB provides full control of the computer through the use of a single switch. It is ideally suited to people with severe motor impairments that are not able to use a standard mouse, keyboard, or even other specialised assistive technology, such as a head pointer.
Through the use of Discover:Switch USB and the updated Discover 1.7 software, users are able to access any application on their computer, complete projects, access the internet, and play games. The Discover:Switch USB and version 1.7 Discover software provides a quick and easy connection to the Windows 2000 and XP (Home and Professional) operating systems with unparalleled stability and reliability.

Consider purchasing the Discover:TemplateMaker software which allows you to create new templates for each access method on Windows. New scanning techniques can be used for greater flexibility. Edit setups with existing editing tools already built into Discover for Windows.
Compatibility
Discover:Switch USB is currently only compatible with Windows 2000 and XP and requires Discover software version 1.7. Future Mac OSX versions will be compatible with the USB hardware. You can still order the current cross platform PS/2 and ADB Discover:Switch for your older OS9 Macintosh computers and Windows based computer with only a PS/2 connection.
