Teaches students to recognise and classify colourful tiles that differ in size, colour and shape dimensions.
You can vary the relevancy of cues and number of objects presented on screen. The program includes three increasingly difficult activities:
- Name – Objects identify themselves when clicked, e.g., “small red circle” in voice and text.
- Match – Students select like objects
- Place – In this activity students find shapes concealed in colourful drawings

Attribute Tiles offers clear, uncluttered screens, frequent voice prompts and provides students continuous practice opportunities.
Plastic tiles in six colours, three shapes and two sizes provide ample opportunity to test and teach attributes. Sorting activities increase from easy to hard:
- cue redundant – multiple differences between objects
- cue constant – only one variable
- cue variable irrelevant – ignore irrelevant variables
- cue variable relevant – where all differences are important.
You can initiate patterns (AB, AABB, ABC) that students complete.
Includes 180 plastic tiles, 12-compartment organiser, storage bin and instructions.
