Below are some instructions for some of the well known email systems.

- 1. Choose the badge you wish to use by click on the appropriate radio button.
- 2. Save the Spectronics Conference badge to your hard drive by right-clicking it and selecting “Save Image As…”
- 3. In Outlook, go to: Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Signatures
- 4. Create a new signature or edit an existing one
- 5. At the bottom of your signature file, locate the image you saved and insert it by clicking the “Insert Image” button:
- 6. Once the image is embedded, select the image and hyperlink it to http://www.spectronics.com.au/conference/

- 7. Save your signature file

- 1. Choose the badge you wish to use by click on the appropriate radio button.
- 2. Save the Spectronics Conference badge to your hard drive by right-clicking it and selecting “Save Image As…”
- 3. In Mail, go to: Mail -> Preferences -> Signatures and either edit your existing signature or create a new one
- 4. In Spotlight or Finder, locate the image you saved and drag it directly into your signature pane
- 5. Once the image is embedded, copy the following URL: http://www.spectronics.com.au/conference/ and paste it into the signature below the button
- 6. Save your signature file
If you’re installing a Twibbon (4th column), simply click on the appropriate link and follow the instructions.
