Communicate: SymWriter ANZ – Available now in Australia and New Zealand!
Communicate: SymWriter ANZ provides the perfect tool for simple word and symbol processing for emergent writers. It enables users to see the meaning of words as they write. The symbols appear automatically in a side panel, illustrating the word just typed or chosen.
The first genuine symbol desk top publisher program. Version 2 now comes with a full set of coloured symbols.
How to choose between Communicate: In Print and SymWriter
Communicate: By Choice ANZ is an add-on to Communicate: in Print 2. It uses the Widgit Colour Symbols (previously known as Rebus Symbols) to provide students and learners with diverse and motivating learning experiences using activities.
Communicate: Ideas ANZ uniquely combines the visual tool of concept or mind maps with the visual support of the full Widgit Symbols Set. This combination of organisation and symbols helps the learner cope with facts and knowledge, memory and retrieval, regardless of the difficulties they may face with language and learning.
The first symbol web browser enables you to view web sites with speech support, and view many web sites in a simplified layout, in a text view configured to your own preference, or to have the contents automatically supported with symbols as well as speech.
