Technical Difficulties

I am having trouble activating/creating my account or completing the checkout process.

The Spectronics Premium Online Subscription service is no longer offered to new customers. The Spectronics Premium Online resources are there for login of existing customers only. Free trial is also no longer available either.

Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

I am unable access the Spectronics Online website.

If you believe this may be a firewall issue at your school or workplace, please speak to an appropriate administrator or IT person to see if they can remedy the issue.

I am having trouble playing the video/s.

If you find that a video is not playing or stuttering, please pause the video and allow a few minutes for this to load.

If you are still experiencing issues here are some additional steps you can try as suggested by Vimeo

  1. Try reloading the page
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Close down any other open programs, internet pages/tabs or software that may be running in the background
  4. Check that you are running the most recent version of Flash

 

If you have tried all these steps and are still unable to view these videos, please visit the Vimeo Help Centre for further assistance.

I am unable to download the additional resources.

Most of the additional resources are in the following formats PDF, .DOC, DOCX, TXT, ZIP, JPEG, MP3, MP4 and WMV.

Please check to see if the file type you are trying to download is supported on your computer. If you do not recognise a file type or are still unable to open or run the resource please contact online@spectronicsinoz.com for further assistance.

Please be aware that some files uploaded may require particular software to be opened or run. In this case we will include a readme file to indicate the software required.

I haven’t received a confirmation or receipt of my subscription purchase.

You should receive an automatic confirmation email and receipt of your order immediately after the checkout process. Please make sure to check the ‘Junk Folder’ of your inbox to ensure that this email has not been allocated as junk mail.
