How and where can I purchase products mentioned in a video?

The presenter will generally indicate in the video or in supporting resources whether any products mentioned can be purchased through Spectronics or will advise if any are sold by outside companies. If you are still unsure where you are able to access or purchase these products or would like any additional information please call or email the Spectronics Team on 07 3808 6833 or online@spectronicsinoz.com

Do I need to be a subscriber to view or purchase videos?

You must be subscribed to view any of the premium videos on Spectronics Online. Our video previews and certain introductory videos for software programs (Boardmaker, Texthelp Read&Write Gold and Clicker etc.) are available for viewing free of charge.

Premium videos are not available as an individual purchase.

How do I keep up to date with new videos and resources?

The best way to keep up to date with new videos and resources is to check on the Spectronics Online Home Page. Here we list our Recently Added, Coming Soon and Featured Videos and resources.

Can I unsubscribe from Spectronics Online?

If you are unhappy with your subscription or find it does not suit your needs, we are more than happy to cancel this and refund the cost of the remainder of your subscription.

You have no obligation to renew your subscription once it has expired. Please note our subscriptions are not automatically renewed and fees will not be auto-debited from your account.
