Here are nineteen fun aided language displays to use for interactive communication and play with young (and even older) children. They include symbol boards for old favourites – bubbles and balloons, but also some new ideas like “Balls in the Jar” and a “Disco Ball”. Point to the board as you speak to model the language during play activities and help children to learn to point to symbols for communication.
These are also available in a PDF format for those who do not have access to Boardmaker.
